We have installed the Tidal Enterprise Scheduler 6.1.0 version this year. When is the next major version of the TES base product going to be released? What features will the next version offer? Thanks!

TES 6.2 is the next version being worked on and it is tentatively expected to come out by late 2013. The following are the key features getting addressed in 6.2:

New adapter for UCS Manager
Multi-domain AD support for Client Manager
Runtime users support for TES workgroups
Ability to terminate user sessions
Automated patch installation
CM install enhancements to utilize external cache
Improved documentation: REST API, installation, upgrades
Automated log collection and bundling
Performance and Quality Improvements
