Hi,
We have schedule some cognos jobs through Tidal Scheduler and we want to save report at shared network path. we entered the shared path in Save to File text box but when running the job then job is running successfully but report is not being saved at specified location path and getting error - IOException(The Specified network name is no longer available).

Please provide the solution for this and please let us know if there is any other way to save the report at shared network location through Tidal.
We have already taken Read and Write permissions to mentioned shared network paths to following accounts:
svc-Tidal-test@am.corp.amgen.com
Here are the current versions of Master, we are using:
Tidal Master version: 6.2.1.50
Tidal Client version: 6.2.1.38
