Viewing Unapproved Authorization tasks?
Should a service team manager be able to view an unapproved authorization task for their OUs?
We have a support team who said a few months ago, they were able to view in Service Manager, within the Requisitions folder, all unapproved authorization tasks; they were able to view & determine who was holding up the request... when there were 2 authorization tasks, they could determine which authorizer to follow up with, etc.
did this recently change? How should it be working?
