I'm using a cisco IP Phone model 7941. when I'm away from the office I'll forward calls to my mobile, But when I go out of reception area for the mobile I'd like to remotely change the forwarding calls to another number instead, is this possible ?

You can change call forward settings using ccmuser page.

The only way we provide to do that, is using the self-care portal, if you use Jabber over VPN or MRA and that's a shared line, you could also do it, but nothing else.
