Cisco Catalyst 2960 with IPv6

Hello all,

I need an advice about IPv6 with Cisco Catalyst 2960 series. Currently the model that I have:

Model: WS-C2960-48TT-L 

Sw Version: 12.2(35)SE5            

Sw Image: C2960-LANBASE-M

I checked that this version doesn't support IPv6. What software version that supports IPv6 features? Our company is moving forward to IPv6 before end of this year and our network infra should able to support dual-stack mode. We are currently in planning stages.

Read the Release Notes and it should mention which function(s) is/are supported in what IOS version.

Hello Alexander

I recommend you update to the latest IOS version 15.0(2)SE8 which has IPv6 support.
