How to exclude IPV6 specific addresses in DHCPv6

So if you can't specify a range of IP's in DHCPv6, I need to do 2 exclusion ranges, is it possible?

It's because my valid range it's within the segment, for example (ipv4)

Range: 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.200

So I need to exclude from: 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.99

And: 192.168.1.201 to 192.168.254

There is currently no equivalent of 'ip dhcp excluded-address' for IPv6 in Cisco IOS.
