OSPF (V2 or V3) is Link state protocol and so you cannot filter LSA within area. While Type 3 LSA filtering is possible with OSPFv2, it is not yet available for OSPFv3 to my knowledge. I beleive default route generated will be external LSA and so the only possibility I can think of is to configure inbound distribute-list (denying the default route and permitting other prefixes) on all routers which will help to stop installing the prefix into RIB.
