IPV6 Prefix delegation to downstream device

I'm trying to learn more about IPv6 but with the huge amount of information out there, I'm having trouble even coming up with the terminology to search for my issue with.
My ISP provides me with a dynamic /48 through prefix delegation and I'm trying to distribute /64 prefixes to multiple vlans on my network.  I had it working when my 5506X was doing all the routing but I recently changed the network design (attached) and I'm having issues figuring out how to make this work.

Now that routing is done on the 3560CG, I can't figure out how to access the prefix from my vlans (downstream from the ASA over a L3 link).  Any suggestions?  I could either use the 3560CG or an Ipv6 dhcp server on a linux server.

2 options I can think of.

1- leave IPv6 routing on the ASA and use the L3 switch in L2 only.

2- Do ipv6 routing on the switch and configure the ASA in transparent mode.
