Question about the NDP TABLE VS THE ROUTER'S ARP TABLE

Can someone help me with a question I have about ipv6 and the NDP table of the ROUTER, it happens that when I put the SH IPV6 NEIGHBORD command to see the ND table, similar to ARP, I find that I see all the MAC and IP addresses stored in the ROUTER, WITH the ARP table of the Router that does not happen, you only see the IP AND MAC OF the INTERFACES of the Router in PKT, I DON'T KNOW IF I'M WRONG BUT I NEED CLARIFICATION

Not sure I'm understanding your question if you can pls elaborate. What you see is the link layer adress of the neighbor and the state which in your output is REACH meaning it has recently resolved and is ready to forward traffic
