How to turn off read receipts?

I'd prefer if people did not know when I have read their message. Does anyone know how to turn this feature off?

From our Cisco Partner i got the Answer, that its just possible, if we deactivate the Status.... But i dont know, why there isnt an option to deactivate the read receipts via control hub per one click... is there a way to make a suggestion that this feature may come in the future?
