Jabber Analytics in Cisco Webex Control Hub give administrators access to interactive dashboards that show your on-prem Jabber usage which can help you in your adoption plan and service optimization.
When enabled, Jabber clients send telemetry data to your Webex Control Hub, and it put at your disposal data trends such as active users count, messages sent, total calls and amount of time in which screen has been shared within a Jabber call.
