So I have a user that all of a sudden stopped receiving calls on their WebEx. I had the user download jabber to use in the meantime while I investigated the issue, but they ran into the same issue.
User won't be notified of any call coming in and when they call out from their WebEx or jabber the call is completely silent. I confirmed they have the correct audio devices selected and "Use my computer"/ "use device" are selected for the applications.
After checking CUCM I can also confirm their jabber configuration is correct and registered with an IP. I am a bit lost on where and how I could go about fixing this issue

After some investigating the user had Zscaler turned on which was blocking the traffic from webex and jabber. Turning that off seemed to resolve the issue.
