Missed Call Notifications Not Appearing After Reconnecting to Internet

Hello For All,

I'm experiencing an issue with Cisco Jabber that I'm hoping someone here can help me troubleshoot. When I'm offline and someone calls me, once my internet connection is re-established, I don’t receive any missed call notifications. This makes it hard to know if I missed an important call while disconnected.

This is an architectural limitation of CUCM: each endpoint is expected to maintain it’s own call history - which of course it can only do when registered.

Cisco fixed this with the Webex app (which supports CUCM) and the Cloud Connected UC centralized call history feature (which requires CUCM 14 SU3 or higher).
