Search On-premise Jabber users through Webex App using Hybrid Service

Greetings everyone,

I would like to know if it's possible to search Jabber on-premise users from the Webex-App if Hybrid Message Services are activated. Because for me it is not working.
The Jabber users that I am looking for are not added to the Webex control Hub.

The users must exist in both platforms: IM&P and WCH. Please review the Hybrid Messaging deployment guide.
