Automate Unity Voicemail Unified Messaging accounts via CLI, Python, o

We are in the process of migrating users from on-prem exchange to O365, we are looking for a way to automate Unity Voicemail Unified Messaging Services accounts via CLI, Python Script, or an API call.

What we need to do is delete the current UM Profile from the users account and add the O365 UM Profile. I know i can bulk this, but we would like to automate this as users are migrated. Any help appreciated
