Secure Exchange OnPrem Account on iPhone with CISCO DUO

Hey there,

a customer has an Exchange 2019 environment (single server, no struggles). We've introduced CISCO DUO and protect /ecp and /owa with the default App Template - works like it should.

We've tested to set-up a DUO-secured email account on an iPhone - that was possible without any hassle, unfortunately, DUO AUTH didn't show up.

How can we add protection for setting up mobile devices?
Otherwise, CISCO DUO wouldn't make sense for this customer.

The Duo OWA application only protects OWA/ECP, adding Duo 2FA to **browser**mailbox access. It doesn't modify or protect other Exchange endpoints like ActiveSync.
