Hopefully, I am in the right forum for this question. I am trying to deploy Cisco Jabber for Intune. I have not made any changes in our Cisco telephone system yet. Android works without any special configurations. However, when I try to launch Cisco Jabber for Intune on an iOS device, I am unable to log into it. When I put my credentials in the app, I get the following message:
"Checking your organization's data access requirement for this app." I then get the following error: App Not Set Up. The currently enrolled account "my e-mail address" is not setup to use this app. Click 'Remove Account' to remove this account by signing into another account. Otherwise, contact your IT administrator for help.
I did find the article on Cisco's website:
https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/how-to-integrate-cisco-ise-mdm-with-microsoft-intune/ta-p/4187375
However, there is no mention that this process needs to be setup specifically for iOS when Android works with no problems. Do I need to go through the above process to Integrate it with Intune? My gut tells me that I am just missing an App Configuration Policy in Intune, but I could be wrong. Any help is apprecitated, thank you.
