VRF an VLAN Integration

I am Service Provider.

I have the following scheme:

How can I connet the customer's PCs and the customer's LAN? I need the customer can use any IP addresses (may be overlaping with my networks).

Cisco 6509 is the headend of the large network on the Catalysts 29XX and the VTP server.

What is their interface in your ISP. I mean, how are they connecting to the ISP ?
