Hi Rajaram,
You just need a Virtual IP which can be used for CCM to connect to the database. If you are setting up in AWS it could be your Elastic IP or public IP which is permanent.

Well, looks like I over-thought this. Just needed an available IP Address.

Hi Team,
I have a few queries about Cisco cloud center 5.0.
11-21-2019 03:33 AM
5.0 runs in Kubernetes with masters already in HA.
Running full HA Pods is a feature that is coming shortly.
So the infrastructure itself (Kubernetes) already runs in HA if you have the installer install it. If you install K8S yourself then it is your option to either run a singular master (non-HA) or masters in HA. If you run HA , it is best practice from K8S to run 3+.
Does that answer your question? You said "queries" but I only saw one.
