Not sure i understand your question.
You have an umbrella dashboard.
From there you can add multiple sites using different methods.
If your routers support umbrella branch feature, then you can register these routers with a specific configuration to your umbrella account and get logs of traffic needed (allow, block...)
If umbrella branch have available on your devices, then you can create a network using the public ip of each location and when user behind these routers access umbrella for dns queries, you'll get as well all needed logging.
There are other ways but these are examples.
