VM is not getting synchronized in CC 4.9.1 after deployment

Greetings,

     In Cloud Center 4.9.1, the Application Profile with 7 instances is being deployed. During Deployment phase, VMs are cloned from a single template in vSphere. The new 7 VMs get their IP from DHCP but these VMs are not synchronized with Cloud Center. This pending issue appear on specific Vlans only especially those which are binding from virtual distributed switch in vSphere.

 

Although, 'SYNC VM INFORMATION' can synchronize the info but this method is manual. Any help would be appreciated.

It was internal issue. Some other DHCP server was working in the middle. But I am still not sure why the VM wasn't synchronized with the cloud center. Only difference that I found was that DNS wasn't configured on the middle DHCP server but it was configured on the main DHCP server.

I am not sure if that issue is caused by Orchestrator or AMQP. But it happened again.
