15039 Rejected per authorization profile Cisco ISE

I am not sure why i am getting this error is ISE can someone please help.

Hi @Tutu 

 You are hitting an Authorization Police - Rule Name: Default, that has a Results Profiles - DenyAccess.

 Please in Policy > Policy Set > select the Policy Sets, double check the Authorization Policy configuration.
