Hi team,
My customer have two ad account and one normal account.his account is locked.Is there any possibility to recover from this issue.i have read on forum they suggested like remove one ad account and keep only one ad account.is it the only solution or else any other solution available.
this is the error we got
24704 Authentication failed because identity credentials are ambiguous
Sometimes user is successfully logged in and got access also.

1st please take a look at:
CSCwi59732 ISE: AD Authentication fails due to ambiguity when using "All_AD_Join_Points"
2nd at Administration > Identity Management > External Identity Sources > Active Directory > select your AD ... double check the Allowed Domains and Advanced Settings tab and check the "Authentication Domains"
3rd at Administration > Identity Management > Identity Source Sequences > select the Identity Source Sequence that you are using ... double check the Authentication Search List that you Selected.

what is the reason for ambiguity ? is it same user but 2 domains ? maybe you can give a example of the ambiguity ?
