2nd ISDN channel fails to authenticate with RADIUS

Using a Cisco 2600 with PRI and RSA token/Radius server to authenticate incoming users.

When connecting over ISDN at 128k and using a username and password defined in the Cisco 2600 config it connects both ISDN channels successfully.

When connecting over ISDN at 128k using RSA token and Radius server first channel connects successfully but second channel is denied with "Invalid Username or Password" so user only gets 64k.

Any help on getting token users to connect at 128k would be appreciated.

This is because the token is invalid when the 2nd B-channel tries to come up.

In ACS, go under the Group settings for these users and there's a "Token Card Settings" section. Enable this either for the entire user session (allowing the 2nd B-channel to go in and out for as long as the user session is up), or for a certain period of time.

Click on the Token Card Settings link in the right-hand window under the Group settings to see the Help on it.
