802.1x - control RADIUS communication at the port level

On our Catalyst 3560's, we have a requirement to support 802.1x between 2 Active Directory forests and was wondering if we can control which RADIUS auth server clients talk to based on the specific switch port they're connected to.

No, you cannot do that.

If you are using ISE as your RADIUS server, it can be integrated with multiple AD forests and you can make authorization rules specific to each.
