AAA config with PDM in PIX

I am trying to configure a PIX through PDM 3.0(0)148. I want to configure tacacs+ authentication and if the server is not found, let the users enter with the "enable" password.

Does anyone know how to do it or something similar?

I don't think you can set the user to use the enable password for telneting through PDM, but you can set a username and password locally. When the Tacacs+ server is not available he can use the local username and password.
