am trying to enable aaa new-model in cisco SG300 switch, but getting below mentioned error.
switch(config)#aaa new-model
% Unrecognized command
can anybody let me know, what am missing here.

Not sure about the CLI of this device, but it seems it has quite a nice UI to configure RADIUS, TACACS, 802.1x.

You should also note that the SG300 is not listed in the ISE Network Component Compatibility list, so it has not been tested/validated against ISE.
