I hope my configs are right, but I'll describe what I have so far and what problem I'm seeing.
In the template for dot1x/mab when 'no access-session closed' is configured. I can see the end host with ip device tracking and it downloads the correct dACL, passes the correct MAB authentication and everything is okay.
When the template config is changed to closed method (access-session closed) and ip device tracker is cleared, I see no results when I issue show ip device tracker interface g0/2 and as such the dACL isn't assigned to the port.
I believe the dACL fails because IP Device tracking isn't functioning correct, but does anyone know why access-session closed would stop the IP device tracking from working?
switch is a 2960 CX 15.2 (7) E2.
