Dear colleagues,
I have noticed several similar issues when TACACS is getting username <unknown> in accounting record from NAS.
With 12.2 this works fine, but with 12.3 username is <unknown>
Any suggestions please.
I am about to open the TAC case on this issue.

Well thank you for a good advise. I missed the keyword 'if-needed' in the authorization string. However 12.2 seems to work without this keyword.
