How do you log commands entered by a user connected via telnet. AAA server is ACS, and AAA client is a Cisco Switch

To logs commands you need to set up tacacs command accounting.
Here are the command you need to switch
aaa accounting commands 1 default start-stop group tacacs+
aaa accounting commands 15 default start-stop group tacacs+
These logs would be stored at Tacacs administration report.
If you are running 4.1.1. code on acs then please apply patch 5 to get the command accounting logs.
