i have an appliance 1113 v4.0 and suddenly i can't http to it
i can console ok but my http username/password just give a protocol error
any idea how to look into this, i.e. is there a log file i can look at for error messages

sorry but i forgot to add the the acs is in a dmz behind a firewall
if i connect my laptop to the dmz i can get on ok
are there issues with this box and firewalls?

Hi,
ACS web interface does not function with proxy options enabled. That Could be the reason you can get it from DMZ.

Hi,
Try to restart all the services through console.
I guess (and hope am wrong), something might not be right about the appliance. The software it has...
For how long has this been working? Any power outage, or something like that, that might have occurred?

i think this is something to do with my firewall (its a proxy level firewall) - could be the acs doesn't like the break in the client server model but thats only a guess
everything works perfectly from outside the firewall
