ACS 1113 web interface problems

folks
i'm having problems with the web interface on the 1113
sometimes when i logon i get a protocol error as if my username and password are wrong, this happens with my personal account and the admin account
if i reboot its ok again but the session times out pretty quickly and the problem recurs
has anyone had this problem or know of any possible solutions?

1)Restart the CSAdmin service. To restart the CSAdmin service, from the CLI type the restart command with CSAdmin as the argument. Then reboot the appliance.
2)Check the Session idle timeout value for remote administrators. This value appears on the Session Policy Setup page of the Administration Control section. Increase the value as needed.
