Hi,
I have an ACS Server 5.1 which is used to authenticate my cisco and non-cisco devices. however when I take report on my authentications, the time shown in the report is wrong. However, when I take my mouse pointer to the report , the correct time is highlighted. I am attaching the screenshot of the same along.
Thanks in advance,
Rajesh

the time displayed in GMT
and the one that appears upon hovering is IST which is GMT +5:30

Rajesh,
To fix this issue you will have to change the timezone that ACS is using from the cli, you can type 'show timezones' or use the following for reference:
Then you can use the following command to change the timezone of the ACS (keep in mind that this will restart the services and the it will take the time for the logs to fix themselves if you are behind GMT, if you are head of GMT then you can expect a gap in the logs based on how far in front you are) -
Thanks,

Dear maldehne and Tarik,
Thanks for the reply. However, I had already gone through this steps. The time shon in ACS is correctly confiogured and displayed. It is only in the error report that time shows different value. Here too, when i bring the mouse cueser to the report point where time is displayed, another small highlight pops up which shows the correct time.
Please check the attached screen shots along.
Thanks in advance
Rajesh

Try to set the proper timezone again through CLI and let me know how it goes
