ACS 2.6 (How Do I disable a NDG)

I wanted to know whether there is a way to disable a NDG? I know you can delete them, but I want to disable some for testing purposes.

I have ACS running on NT and I am not able to see the option to configure NDGs under the "Network Configuration" tab. On what platform are you running the ACS?
