ACS 3.0 and LDAP

i want to authenticate RAS user using LDAP ,i use acs3.0 for windows 2000 and IBM LDAP , who can tell me whether acs3.0 can support chinese version ldap ?because in ldap some ou value is chinese character.

The release notes state that ACS has been tested with the English-language versions of Windows 2000 Service Packs 1 and 2 and Netscape Directory Server version 4.1.

We can not confirm that any other variations to this will work successfully and given that ACS has only been tested with English Language versions of software, I think it is unlikely that it will work with Chinese Characters.
