ACS 3.2.3 ACS Admin Problems on MS 2003 Server Enterprise Edition

I recently installed ACS 3.2.3 on my 2003 Server. There are quite a few problems.

1) If I try to add a user manually, when I hit submit I get an error message saying "error object doesn't support this property or method".

This also happens when trying to configure an external windows database.

Also certain things are not showing up like "Network Access Registrar" instead of showing the picture it shows an "x" like it wasn't able to load.

2) When I issue netstat from the command prompt it shows 71 open TCP connections for the port in my ACS Admin IE window.

Anyone aware of any problems like this ?

The problem most probably with browser which is not having support of Java VM. Try with any other browser which supports Java VM.
