ACS 3.2 run on Win2000 unreliable

ACS3.2 run on winddows2000 , system shutdown usually was unexpected.

I check the EVENT Viewer, it display--The data buffer created for the "CSRadius" service in the

"C:\WINNT\system32\rad_mon.dll" library is not aligned on an 8-byte boundary.

This may cause problems for applications that are trying to read the performance

data buffer.

Contact the manufacturer of this library or service to have this problem corrected or to get a newer version of this library. --

I can't find the "rad_mon.dll" in cisco or microsoft website.

The 8-byte boundary error message does not affect the productivity of the box, it exists in all ACS versions.
