Hello,
I need to get from ACS 3.3.2 to ACS 4.1. However, as per the installation notes I have to install ACS 3.3.3 first.
I ordered the upgrade CD from Cisco for the SOlution engine 1112. I got the Upgrade CD and it says ACS 3.3.3 Solution Engine Upgrade CD for Cisco SE 1112.
When I opened the CD it turned to be ACS 3.3.3 for Windows Server.
Can anybody clarify this for me? Is it the same CD for the SE and Windows Server?
How can I perform ACS 3.3.2 to ACS 3.3.3 upgrade using this CD?
THanks in advance,

Hi ,
Can you check the contents of the cd ? I guess it should be for appliance.

ACS v3.3.3 for windows server is completely different from the upgrade cd for ACS appliance.
Check the contents of the cd, if it contains Upgrade Package Appliance Management Software ACS 3.3.3.11 and Upgrade Package ACS Software 3.3.3.11 for Appliance folders, it is for ACS appliance upgrade. Else its for ACS for windows.
Hope this helps

I checked the content and it does not include the Upgrade Pacakge for Appliance or ACS software. It has Setup and if you run setup you get ACS for Windows Setup!
Please advise,

Then, it is for Windows. That is not the rite cd to use for appliance.
