We are migrating from an LDAP user database to Active Directory for authentication. Having an issue with the Remote agent that I'm hoping someone can clarify.
The first Remote agent we installed on a test Active Directory server (2003Server) we were able to immediately find (using a search by IP address) from the ACS and see services available.
We've since tried installing the agent on other servers (2003Server) and are not able to 'discover' those agents using the search feature on ACS. We can manually ADD Entry and it shows the agent.
Any thoughts on what is going on or is this as designed? Have we missed something in the documentation?
