Hi,
I am currently in the middle of installing CiscoSecure ACS 3.3.16 onto Windows Server 2003 for the first time.
I am getting the error External DB account Restriction each time a client tries to authenticate.....
Is there anything I should look out for with Windows Server 2003? Or can anyone explain why this is happening?
Thanks,

It Probably DNS settings issue.
Try this:>configure the FQDN of all domain controllers add all the DNS names.
To configure the FQDN of all domain controllers add all the DNS names:
A) Go to the TCP/IP properties for the server on which ACS is installed -->
Advanced --> DNS Tab.
B) Select "Append these DNS suffixes (in order)"
C) Click Add
D) Add all the fully qualified DNS domain name for each domain you are using for authentication.Then restart the Netlogon service.
