ACS 3.3 Group mapping doesn't display Windows Groups info

On ACS 3.3, I need to allow members of the Active Directory Windows group named "VPNUsers" and "WirelessUsers" access "Cisco VPN Concentrator" and Wireless, respectively.

I do the following:

On ACS, I click "External User Databases".

I click the "Database Group Mapping".

"Create New Group Mapping for Domain: MyOKDomain" apears.

Then the dialog box which should allow me to pick Windows group names is not visible. Please see attachment for details.

Anyone there is familiar with such issue ? How can I fix this ? I restarted Windows, but no progress.

The red X in the corner of the window where you should see the groups seems to indicate a Java problem. what version of Java are you running on that PC? Have you tried it from another PC?
