ACS 4.0

Hi I'm new to using the VPN 3000 concentrator and the ACS 4.0 my question is I'm trying to figure out how to add a new vpn connection the on concentrator but I'm told to use this ACS 4.0 to do that how or where can I find and docs to do this? The ACS 4.0 has been configured and there are other VPN connections on there I'm not sure how are where to start to add a new VPN connection
