Hi Ankit,
Yes, You can integrate Nexus with ACS 4 as well. You will have to add this custom attribute either in the group setup or user setup.
you pass back a TACACS custom attribute with a value of roles="roleA". For a full access user, you use: cisco-av-pair*shell:roles="network-admin"
cisco-av-pair*shell:roles="network-admin"(The * makes it optional)
shell:roles="network-admin"
Let me know if you have further questions:

Hi MinKumar,
I have an NXOS image of 6.1. Which researching on the subject which is pretty straight on ACS 5.0 and above I stumbled on one of the engineer's commet that the supervisor crashed. The engineer did not post the configuration as to ascertain what caused the crash but logs did suggested the supervisor crash.
And below Javed also suggests the same. Curious if the ACS 4.1 version could intergarte with NX0S 6.1 ?
Regards
Ankit

The Cisco Secure Access Control Server Release 4.1, hereafter referred to as ACS, works with hundreds of devices. This device list might significantly differ from the device lists associated with other Cisco products. ACS 4.1 does not integrate with Nexus 7010. No information found in the above mentioned list
ACS 5.2 supports the nexus 7010 switches and can integrate with them. For complete devices list and features please check this link:
