ACS 4.1 Remote Change Password Issues.

I need some help with getting Remote change password working. The user gets challenged to change his password and to confirm his new password but then fails to login to the switch. I check the ACS and it says his account is expired. I am using transport input ssh on the vty lines I'm not sure if this is the issue?

Please Help!!!

SSH password aging, one-time password change etc are supported by bug CSCin91851.

The fix is integrated in version 12.4(10.01)T.
