We are running ACS 4.2(1) Build 15 Patch 3 on our slave ACS server. A few of the CS services became unresponsive so we rebooted the server. Now, the CSMon service seems to be stuck in a perpetual "Starting" state and none of the other services will start without it. Any ideas on what could be causing this or a potential solution?
