ACS 4.2 install issue -- needs help

Hi,

After installed the ACS 4.2, the ACS HTML interface leave blank when accessd locally by using desktop icon or by typing http://127.0.01:2002, so I am not able to configure the username and password.

When I accessd the ACS from another host by: http:// 10.1.115.222:2002 (the 10.1.115.222 is ACS server's address), the prompt "username" and "password" appeared. But not able loggin in since I don't have username and password configured.

When I tried to access locally by: http://10.1.115.222:2002, the IE still leave blank.

Note: OS: 2003 server in vmware esx, IE 8.0, Java installed,

Please go to ACS-->Admin control--->Session Policy and uncheck -->Allow automatic local login

Now try to login.
