ACS 4.2 Service Issue

Hi,

 

I am using ACS 4.2.0.124, it integrated with Active Directory. In Wireless LAN Controller we are using WPA2+AES with 802.1X for Client Authentication. Everything was working fine till past few days but suddenly Authentication stopped and no users where able to connect.

From the ACS Service Control I restarted the Service and fixed the issue. (Before 10 days). But today also I faced the same issue and fixed by restarting the ACS Service.

 

The error message am getting while outage is "Authen-Failure-Code-External DB user invalid or bad password".  For all the users.

I Checked the DB replication status, it was fine and didn't saw any other errors as well.

 

Please let me know weather am hitting any known bug or is there is any permanent solution rather than restarting the ACS service every time.
