ACS 4.2: SSL Certificate expired

Hi All,

I have problem with ACS 4.2 the SSL Certificate expired. please give us procedure to updating or renew the certificate?

Hi Phino,

      here are the steps:

Import and Install the  Intermediate Certificate

  1. First you will need to install the  Intermediaet Certificate (Intermediate.txt).(change intermediate.txt to intermediate.cer)
  2. Login to ACS and click System Configuration.
  3. Click ACS Certificate Setup.
  4. Select ACS Certification Authority Setup.
  5. In the CA certificate file box, enter file      name and path to Intermediate.cer you     saved in the previous step. Click Submit.

Import and Install the SSL Server Certificate

  1. Next install your SSL Server Certificate (your_domain_com.txt).
  2. Login to ACS and click System Configuration.
  3. Click ACS Certificate Setup.
  4. Select Install ACS Certificate.
  5. Choose Read certificate from file and  enter the     path and file name to your_domain_com.txt.     Fill out the remaining parts of the form and click Submit.
  6. Select System Configuration > Service     Control and click Restart.
