Hi,
Can anyone advise how I can obtain the root patch so that I am able to delete some backup files?
It appears the filenames are very long and within EXEC mode I am not able to delete as keep getting the below error
MY-HOST-TACACS-1/admin# delete disk:/xxxx1-backup/MY-HOST-TACACS-1-MY-HOST-TACACS-1211028-2253.tar.gpg
% Error: disk:/xxxx1-backup/MY-HOST-TACACS-1-MY-HOST-TACACS-211028-2253.tar.gpg - File not found

- You need to create a TAC case

Unfortunately I am not able to raise a TAC case as the appliances and software are well out of support now.

- If you are using a vmware based virtual solution you can sometimes map or mount a virtual disk on (another) host system and cleanup files. Similar solutions may exist for other hypervisors. Note however that if you are business concerned and the product is no longer support then you should evolve towards business supported solutions such as ISE.
