Cisco ISE 3.0 upgrade from 2.7 stuck in application initilization

Hello Team,

We are upgrading 14 node cluster from 2.7 to 3.0..

our 2ndry monitoring node got stuck in application initialization status.. and not coming back to normal.

all 13 nodes has been upgraded successfully.. only this node get stuck.

We have stoped ,started and rebooted the ise but no luck

My ISE is in SNS 3695 hardware..

we have tried to reset monitoring configuration via config reset command but no luck.

Pls advise.

Finally after removing from cluster and doing config reset and node started..

and after then we have added it into cluster as new node and updated it is as 2ndry monitoring node.
